Abstract
Intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) is a new imaging modality, We present ICE images of Ebstein's anomaly and associated ventricular septal defect in an adult case, Intracardiac images mere obtained using a 9F 9MHz (9F) catheter positioned in the right atrium ICE provided detailed images of the abnormal septal tricuspid leaflet and quantification of a small septal defect 6 mm in diameter, ICE offered imaging of anatomic landmarks including crista terminalis, interatrial septum and tricuspid annulus, which may assist electrode placement during radiofrequency ablation.
