Provides an example of experiences at the W. W. Hagerty Library in extending services to the distance learning programs at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business. Addresses the goal of offering equivalent services to all distance learning programs through the library Web site and extension of traditional services. Discusses library services provided, the awareness and instruction initiative of the Business Librarian, off-campus access to research databases via the proxy address, and service challenges experienced. Relates how Hagerty Library incorporates services to all distance learning programs into its strategic plan. Also discusses issues of funding, time commitment and measures of use in serving distance learning programs.
