Life-time effect on the Auger-electron spectra of metals

Abstract
Electron interaction effects on the Auger-electron spectrum of sodium has been calculated. The resulting spectrum shows considerable modification and has a low energy secondary peak possibly due to a plasmaron excitation in the metal.
