CrystEngComm, v 16(14), pp 2885-2888

Abstract
In this work, we report the realization of MOF-based micro/nanopillars, a new generation of MOF structures, prepared from surface-assisted self-assembly processes at room temperature. Cu(BTC)center dot 3H2O and Zn(ADC)center dot DMSO were used as two model systems to demonstrate the formation of vertical MOF pillars on gold surfaces.
