Abstract
A 37-year-old Asian male patient presented to the office with a chief complaint of poor vision OU. He explained he had always seen poorly, but now was seeking a more clear explanation of why. His medical history included hypertension, for which he was properly medicated. He denied having allergies of any kind.
His chief complaint was decreased vision in the right eye of five days’ duration. The eye was red but not painful. He reported no allergies.
