Onset of reptations and critical hysteretic behavior in disordered systems
Journal of magnetism and magnetic materials, v 290-291, pp 449-455

Abstract
Closure of minor hysteresis loops is studied using random coercivity Ising model with antiferromagnetic interactions. Mean-field modeling reveals a critical phenomenon in the hysteretic behavior associated with the loss of closure and the onset of minor loop reptations. Similar results are demonstrated numerically for the random coercivity Ising model with antiferromagnetic nearest-neighbor interactions.
