Abstract
Purpose -This paper provides a selective thematic-bibliography of published Iterature that pertain to the application of Neuroscience and the evaluation of management and leadership intertwined with decision making. Design/methodology/approach - Searches were conducted on the EBSCO Host, Gale/Cengage, Googel Scholar and ProQuest databases to identify papers and books that addressed aspects of the development of the neuroscience model. The thematic-bibliography is separated into three main categories - theory and development of organisational neuroscience then management neuroscience followed by leadership neuroscience research. Implications - The information presented in this paper is intended to facilitate further research and awareness of the literature pertaining to the application of neuroscience as a model for exploring management and leadershp.
