Abstract
A case is presented in which an 11 year old male was referred for reevaluation of a large angle esotropia, strabismic and deprivational amblyopia and previously diagnosed persistent hyperplastic primary vitreous (PHPV), OD. Through this case, it is emphasized that clinicians should be aware of differential diagnoses which involve the white pupil.
