Abstract
Combing with magnetic and other properties of a variety of nanomaterials, magnetic nanocomposites are widely applied in the field of enzyme immobilization.We review here the recent progress in immobilization enzymes by magnetic nanocomposites and analyze different types of magnetic component in composite materials.The research progress in enzyme immobilization by magnetic nanocomposites formed by Fe3O4 as magnetic component is introduced as well, and the future development in enzyme immobilization by magnetic nanocomposite is proposed.
