Abstract
Anti-epileptic drugs are widely used to control seizure disorders. These powerful drugs are often used on a long-term basis, and are not free from adverse effects. A case is discussed in which retinal ischemic signs were evident secondary to blood dyscrasias related to the use of anticonvulsant medications.
