Abstract
The authors began a prospective randomized and controlled clinical study to determine the efficacy and safety of adjunctive horse antithymocyte globulin (ATGAM, ATG) treatment when given in conjunction with methylprednisolone on resolution of acute cadveric renal allograft rejection epidodes, patient survival, functional allograft survival and quality of renal function.
