SYNTHESIS OF LOW-DIMENSIONAL SPIN-PEIERLS MAGNETIC Cu1-xNixGeO3
NANOSYSTEMS-PHYSICS CHEMISTRY MATHEMATICS, Vol.4(1)
01 Feb 2013
Abstract
A new approach for synthesis of Cu1-xNixGeO3 (x = 0 divided by 0, 15) in form of nanorods is developed. Analysis of the lattice evolution with Cu(II) percentage showed a change of the cell parameters that corresponds to the theoretical simulation completely. Doping with nickel leads to a rise of dopant concentration in the solid solution.
