Geotextiles and geomembranes, v 6(1), pp 93-107
1987
Abstract
Seams constitute one of the most critical components in geotextile structures. The method by which a seam is formed affects the performance of the seam assembly and consequently the overall structural performance. The formation of seams by sewing, welding and bonding is reviewed in this paper with respect to very soft soil stabilization.
