Self-consistent quantization of superconducting networks
Physica. B, Condensed matter, v 194(1), pp 1027-1028
1994
Abstract
We show that it is possible to quantize a superconducting network if the back reaction of induced currents on the external field are included. The nonlinear self-consistent problem is solved by describing the network by S-matrices. A network quantization condition is derived which defines the current distribution in the network as a function of the external field. The network energy, magnetization, and susceptibility can be calculated once the network quantization condition is satisfied.
