Abstract
When unhappy customers sued over Buzz, [Google]'s blogging and social-networking tool launched in early 2010, the case ended up on the desk of [James Ware]. So did a class-action lawsuit filed about the same time. The complainants said that Buzz disclosed personal contact information of Google Gmail users, usurped addresses of Gmail users' address books, and had the capacity to reveal a person's physical location.
