Abstract
The relatively new concept of the medical home is the topic of this month’s issue of Pediatric Annals. The articles address many aspects of the medical home, and taken together, they highlight its complexities and realities. They also point out the very substantial benefits of this concept, especially as it relates to children and youth with special healthcare needs.
