Abstract
Electronic commerce presents the challenge to UCC drafters of addressing international and domestic issues while maintaining state jurisdiction. Electronic commerce represents changes in business practices that have accompanied new technologies that still can be addressed within the framework of contract law along with other types of commerce. New Article 2B concerning licensing of information and computer software contracts is an example of the new approach taken by the UCC drafters.
