Analysis Antibiotics Cooperative binding (Biochemistry) Ligand binding (Biochemistry) Vibrational spectra
The implications of ligand binding and dimerization on the thermodynamics of glycopeptide antibiotic complexes show that changes in vibrational activity are of sufficient magnitude by themselves and account for the experimentally observed positive cooperativity between ligand binding and dimerization.
