Abstract
Technology files for the Magic layout editor have been created that facilitate the layout, design rule checking, and plotting or rubylith cutting of single-layer (crossover style) and two-metal layer (multilayer style) hybrid circuits. Details of the technology files are presented as well as a layout example. Outputs can be prepared as 10* scale pen plots, or rubylith sheets may be cut on the plotter at 10* scale to be photoreduced for circuit production. Using the procedure may save three to six hours of labor per circuit over hand cutting, depending on the complexity of the circuit.< >
