Abstract
Antibiotic resistance has made the successful outpatient treatment of otitis media, sinusitis, and pneumonia an elusive goal. Green and Wald explore oral agents and management strategies that will help physicians make informed choices about the care of respiratory infections in children in the midst of antibiotic-resistant bacteria.
