Abstract
Primary cutaneous CD4+ small/medium T-cell lymphoproliferative disorder (PCSM-TCLPD) is a rare lymphoproliferative disorder that is occasionally diagnosed in children and adolescents. We present a case of PCSM-TCLPD in an 11-year-old female with biologic-naïve Crohn's disease well-controlled on vedolizumab, which was initiated 12 months prior to lesion appearance. We propose that vedolizumab may have played a role in the development of PCSM-TCLPD.
