Abstract

This paper discusses a completely online graduate professional degree program at Drexel University. The paper provides an overview of the online initiative, including background, program development, and a description of the online environment. Following this, the paper contains a discussion of results of the degree program and proposes some characterizations of online learners and of desirable instructor attributes.
