Hospital Practice, v 23(9)

PMID: 3138258

Accurate diagnosis of these rhythm disorders requires an understanding of the electrical properties of the heart at both the cellular and the tissue level. Acute management mandates coordination of the known properties of antiarrhythmic agents with the underlying mechanisms that initiate and maintain such potentially life-threatening arrhythmias.
