Abstract
Responds to M. K. Biaggio and E. Bittner's (see record 1991-13692-001) description of an experimental collaboration between optometry and clinical psychology by describing the case of an 11-yr-old girl who had experienced a severe loss of visual functioning and who was eventually diagnosed by an interdisciplinary team as having a rare degenerative disease, adrenoleukodystrophy.
