Abstract
In 1991 the Section on Binocular Vision and Perception of the Academy presented interesting symposia on two separate Days. These well attended symposium sessions were chaired by Dr. Michell Scheiman. On Saturday there was a clinical forum on new equipment and techniques (moderated by Dr Arnold Sherman) along with a discussion on the Use of Tinted Lenses to Improve Reading Performance that was moderated by Dr. Scheiman. Monday's symposium, which was moderated by Drs. Harold Solan and Michael Wesson, was titled Reading and Learning Disorders: An Interdisciplinary Perspective. [first paragraph]
