Abstract
Nail psoriasis (NP) has substantial impact on patient quality of life (QOL) and is associated with significant risk of psoriatic arthritis. In racial and ethnic minorities, psoriasis may have a greater QOL impact, with higher disease severity. Therefore, we aimed to investigate NP clinical characteristics and treatments in patients of different Fitzpatrick skin types. [1st paragraph]
