Abstract
We have read with great interest the recent review by Turitto and El-Sherif dealing cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT), 1 and would like to comment on CRT in patients with heart failure(HF) and left bundle-branch block (LBBB) as well as on a proarrhythmic mechanism related to the mechanoelectrical feedback in the heart. [1st paragraph]
