Elizabeth Ward, MSN, is an assistant clinical professor in the College of Nursing and Health Professions – Undergraduate Nursing. Her extensive clinical practice includes adult critical care/trauma as a registered nurse. She received her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Drexel University. She has worked in the Division of Otolaryngology at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia for 14 years. She maintains certifications as a family nurse practitioner as well as otolaryngology/head and neck nurse. Prior to joining Drexel’s faculty full time, Ward was adjunct faculty for 12 years in the Health Assessment & Fundamentals Lab at Drexel for undergraduate and graduate nursing. She also taught for five years at the University of Pennsylvania in the Graduate School of Nursing.
