Emily M. Levy, MD, is an assistant professor in the Department of Family, Community & Preventive Medicine. She is active in the education of residents and medical students, and received the Arnold P. Gold Foundation Humanism and Excellence in Teaching Award in 2014.
Dr. Levy has been involved in quality improvement research projects exploring BMI reminders and obesity documentation, and doctors' adherence to revised statin guidelines. More recently, she has focused on research in sports medicine including concussions and little leaguer's shoulder.
