Il-Yeol Song, PhD is a professor of information science in Drexel University's College of Computing & Informatics (CCI). Song's research focuses on the practical application of modeling & design theory to real-world problems. His current research areas include conceptual modeling, data warehousing, big data technologies and analytics, object-oriented analysis and design with UML, healthcare informatics and smart health.
