He has served as an instructor in the Department of Defense Domestic Preparedness Program and as a consultant regarding chemical and biological weapons of mass destruction to the U.S. State Department's Bureau of Diplomatic Security and the U.S. Navy's Office of Homeland Defense.
Greenberg is the founder and editor-in-chief of "The Visual Journal of Emergency Medicine" (Elsevier). He is a member of the senior editorial board of "Clinical Toxicology" (Taylor & Francis) and also a member of the editorial board for "Disease-a-Month" (Elsevier).
Michael Greenberg, MD, is an emeritus professor of emergency medicine at Drexel University College of Medicine and a professor of public health in Drexel's Dornsife School of Public Health. He is the former program director for the Medical Toxicology Fellowship at Drexel, where he also served as the chief of the Division of Medical Toxicology.
