Abstract
This chapter provides general principles that facilitate collaborative care of patients with anxiety disorders. It reviews the evidence about using medication combined with CBT in panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and posttraumatic stress disorder and provides ample clinical illustrations of CBT in action.
