Welcome to the ACM/IEEE-CS Joint Conference on Digital Libraries! After a year overseas in Cologne, JCDL has returned for its 23rd iteration to the high elevations of Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA. As the oldest state capital, we invite the DL community to rethink digital records by exploring new perspectives, challenges, and opportunities for libraries, archives, museums, and galleries.
