About

Ed Nelling, Ph.D., CFA, is Department Head and Professor of Finance in the LeBow College of Business at Drexel University, where he teaches courses in financial management, corporate governance, and valuation. He received his Ph.D. in finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Ed has also taught at The Wharton School, the Georgia Institute of Technology, and Korea University Business School. His research has been published in journals such as the Journal of Finance, the Financial Analysts Journal, Strategic Management Journal, and Real Estate Economics. He is a CFA charterholder and the author of the book, “Business Valuation Demystified”, published by McGraw-Hill. Ed also holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University.
