About

Martin Pienkowski is interested in the workings of the normal and impaired auditory system. Topics of special research interest include noise-induced hearing loss, central auditory plasticity induced by prolonged exposure to moderately loud noise, hyperacusis, tinnitus, and “auditory processing disorders”. I use both mice and men as research subjects.
