Peter Baas, PhD, is interested in all aspects of the neuronal cytoskeleton, with a particular emphasis on the regulation of microtubules in developing neurons. In recent years, his interests have expanded to include the underlying mechanisms by which flaws in microtubule-related proteins contribute to neurodegenerative diseases.
