My research interests are centered around mathematical modeling of computer and communication networks. Specific research interests include:

  • Capacity of uncoordinated ad hoc networks
  • Rate-adaptive streaming multimedia
  • Randomized broadcast algorithms for wireless sensor networks
  • Call preemption in prioritized loss networks
  • Performance simulation and optimization of large scale ad hoc networks
